As a SEND family you cannot always easily access the same activities and child care options as other families. You may also need respite care for your child and support to allow you and your family to cope with the day to day life of living with a child with SEND. Please find below local options and opportunities for your family.

Enable Disability Sports Wandsworth
Club Enable Wandsworth offers a range of sports for children, aged 8 and over. Siblings are welcome to join in and families are encouraged to stay and watch and even take part.
Youth Clubs
There are a range of Youth Clubs which welcome children and young people with disabilities and special educational needs across the borough.
Youth Groups specifically for young people with special needs and disabilities
Unique Youth is for young people aged 13-25 years old with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Generate is a youth provision is for young people with learning disabilities, aged 11-17 years. Find out more here
Lady Allen Playground:
An adventure playground that caters for children and young people who are profoundly disabled, have autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural disabilities and those who are yet to receive a diagnosis. Brothers and sisters with a sibling registered with Lady Allen can also attend with their sibling.
